All About Therapy With Annie
Attachment- based therapy for couples, individuals, and families
I believe in highlighting the uniqueness of the individual, while understanding that we all function as part of a multitude of larger systems. The relationships we create with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us, can both transform and challenge us. Therapy is a process of healing, growth and self-discovery. Working from an attachment-based approach means we will explore the ways in which your early attachment to parents and other impactful relationships throughout your life have contributed to the ways in which you navigate life and relationships today. Through an integrative approach, I help couples, individuals, and families find peace and harmony in their lives and in their most important relationships. I use a variety of interventions and techniques (primarily Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Gottman Method, and mindfulness practices) to facilitate personal exploration, behavior change and relationship transformation.
Teletherapy sessions allow you the comfort and flexibility of having therapy at home (or even on the go). So wherever you are, I am here for you!
